Our Shipping Policy

Once you have placed an order on our website you will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted. We will process your order and organise your shipping in accordance with our shipping and payments policy. You will receive a second email which will contain tracking information to advise you that your order has been shipped. For any questions please contact us.

​1 – Shipping & Delivery

  • To ensure you receive your order quickly we ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays
  • We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before courier cut off time on the same day.
  • Orders received outside of these times on these days will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders received on weekends and Bank holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

1.1 – Orders to UK destination

You can choose to have your order shipped to UK destination using the following methods:

  • All UK orders at £100 and over are eligible for FREE shipping. These orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. 
  • All UK orders under £100 have a £5.99 shipping charge. These orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days.

1.2 – International orders

You can choose to have your order shipped to a non-UK destination using the following methods:

  • All International Orders have a £14.99 shipping charge. These orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days.

Occasionally international deliveries may take longer than expected to arrive at their destination. These delays may be caused by the destination country’s customs clearance procedures. Delays may also be caused by holidays, strikes or any such event that disrupts usual delivery operations.

Customers understand that in these cases we are not responsible for any such delays.

  • Dispatch date of goods is subject to the availability of stock. For any questions relating to stock availability and fulfilment/shipping times please contact us.
  • Availability of stock, dispatch and delivery dates are given as estimates only.
  • The customer agrees that Wimpole medical clinic ltd is not liable in any case for any consequential or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, (including but not limited to loss of profit or any economic loss), arising out of its recklessness, negligence, inability or failure to dispatch or deliver goods within the stated time frame
  • The customer agrees that dispatch and delivery records kept by Wimpole medical clinic ltd are correct and that the signed Packing Slip or Delivery Docket or of any such document used by a courier service or by Wimpole medical clinic limited for the purposes of recording delivery of goods is proof that goods were received by customer.
  • The customer agrees to be onsite at their nominated delivery address between business hours. Wimpole medical clinic ltd will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods at delivery sites if the customer has failed to be onsite and if goods had to be left at delivery address unattended.
  • If a delivery failure occurs for whatever reason and re-delivery is requested, customers may be required to pay the re-delivery fee as charged by the courier company.

2 – Payments

2.1 Payment types

Payments are processed in GBP. We are able to accept payments using the following types of cards:

  2. MasterCard
  3. American Express
  4. JCB
  5. Discover
  6. Diners Club debit and credit cards

We also process payments using the following services:

  1. Clearpay

2.2 Non UK cards

If you use a credit card registered overseas to make a purchase, the total costs payable will be determined by the card issuer or bank and based on the exchange rate when your card is charged. Your card issuer or bank may charge you a currency conversion fee. In addition to this your card issuer may charge you an international transaction fee that may in your statement appear as a Wimpole skincare charge. This is not a Wimpole skincare charge and we cannot reverse or refund this fee as it was not charged by us. If you would like to know what charges apply to you, please contact your card issuer prior to making any purchases on our site.
