Instruction for use
- Consult the patient to determine the treatment area, focusing on the hairline and crown of the head, addressing specific concerns for males and females.
- Determine the dosage prior to the procedure, typically using 2 packs of product for full-scalp procedures.
- Perform the procedure without numbing cream, apply alcohol disinfection before the treatment,
- Use a 34G 2mm needle to minimize pain, and choose a finer gauge needle if possible.
- Use a short needle for accurate targeting, aiming for an injection depth of about 2mm.
- Inject a needle vertically against the scalp and use a cooling device to relieve pain.
- Inject 0.03-0.05ml per point at 5-10mm intervals using a smaller syringe if necessary.
- Transfer a 2.5ml syringe into a 1ml syringe for easier handling, if desired.
- Each syringe (original pack 2.5ml) can be used for 20 to 30 injections, with each injection roughly 0.08cc to 0.12cc.
- After the procedure, spread the injected solution through massage and apply cooling methods, including an ice pack for 10-15 minutes, to alleviate pain.
- Apply the procedure every 2 weeks. Visible effects will occur after at least 4 sessions.

Does the patient need to do anything before the procedure is done? Any preparations necessary?
There is nothing the patient needs to do before the procedure. When diagnosing the target area, check the area of particular concern or the general condition of the scalp.
How should this product be used? how should it be injected to reduce the pain?
1) Pain when penetrating(injecting) the scalp
: Before use, apply lidocaine cream to anesthetize for about 30 minutes. When injecting, use a thin needle such as 30G to reduce pain when penetrating the scalp.
2) Pain felt when the solution spreads inside the scalp
: The causes of pain within the skin are due to several factors such as pH, osmotic pressure, and raw material characteristics.
Because exosome raw materials have very high osmotic pressure due to the nature of the raw materials themselves, it is difficult to completely reduce pain.
As the procedure progresses, the solution gradually spreads and you will feel a throbbing pain on your scalp.
At this time, using an ice vibrator, etc., or if the patient is in severe pain during the procedure, stopping the procedure for a while and massaging it with an ice pack may be one method.
What should the patient do after the procedure is done?
→ After the treatment, apply an ice pack to the treatment area and massage for 5 to 10 minutes.
In Korea, there is a risk of inflammation occurring when the procedure is performed on multiple areas, As a preventive measure, injections to suppress inflammation may be prescribed.

Step1. Diagnose scalp condition to check target area.
Step2. sterilze the target area with alcohol swab.
Step3. Inject “ReMedium Silk” on the target area.
*Needle Spec: 34G needle recommended, but not limited
*Injection amount: about 0.08ml (1 syringe 30 points).
*Injection Layer and depth: Scalp dermis (2mm)
*Injection angle: Do not lie down needle but inject vertically.
*Injection depth: scalp dermis
*Injection distance: 1~1.5cm distance
Step4. Lightly massage the treatment point with your fingers to spread the injected solution well.
Remarks:
※ For patients who are sensitive to pain, the procedure can be performed after applying anesthesia to the scalp for about 30 minutes.
Before the procedure, the anesthetic cream should be removed with water or shampoo and disinfected before the procedure.
